The Evil Eye: What It Is and How to Protect Against It
By: Rev. Dr. Gabriel Silent

When you think of witchcraft, the first thing that likely comes to mind is casting spells or other magical practices. However, while these aspects of witchcraft might seem enticing at first glance, they are not the only part of this ancient practice. The evil eye, which can be considered a type of witchcraft, refers to someone’s ability to project negative energy onto another person or group of people in order to cause harm—something that you should always be on the lookout for. That’s why it’s important to learn about the evil eye, including how it works and how you can protect yourself from it.

What are the different types of the evil eye?

There are many different ways evil eye could be activated. The most common ways, however, are thought of as a curse from afar or a spell cast by someone. To start off with, here are a few common types of evil eye that can occur: A Curse : If someone feels like they have been cursed by someone else, they can react in one of two ways – either they will be depressed over it or will try to take action into their own hands in order to break whatever curse has been placed on them. Obviously, if you’re under an evil eye curse you should consult someone who is knowledgeable about witchcraft before taking any actions against another person. An Evil Spell : In recent years there seems to be some very talented dark magicians around so dealing with witches and spells could become somewhat of a problem for people wanting protection or getting rid of a spell done onto them.

Protection against the evil eye

Protection against evil eye is very important. This can be done by placing a hand mirror on your right side when someone who wishes you ill looks at you with envy. To boost your protection, wear an eye of Horus necklace or charm around your neck. If you have an eye of Horus tattooed somewhere on your body, that will also act as protection against envy. Placing a small natural blue chrysocolla crystal over your heart can block any unwanted energy from entering through it; for good measure, place one under each arm as well. Another way to protect yourself is by wearing a gold coral bracelet; do not remove it until after there has been peace between you and that person. A turquoise stone worn near your throat chakra will keep negative people away. You should avoid getting angry or losing control in front of envious people because they feed off these emotions. Instead, take deep breaths to release built-up tension before confrontations occur; after all, anger comes from fear! Likewise, hold calm discussions whenever possible to avoid unnecessary arguments. On another note, we shouldn’t feel guilty about receiving compliments — allow yourself to enjoy them without being self-conscious. If a compliment is given out of malice then thank them for their concern and make sure to let others know about their passive aggression so you don’t unknowingly attract more envy from other admirers. The best defense against evil eye is awareness – listen carefully if you sense that somebody may be jealous or envious of you due to your success.

Signs that you may be under an evil eye attack

If you feel pain or discomfort around one or both of your eyes, then it’s quite possible that you are under an evil eye attack. Sometimes, feelings of distress (possibly even mild ones) can mean that you are suffering from an evil eye attack. You may also suffer from severe headaches around one or both of your temples if you are under a common evil eye attack. In addition, frequent sneezing is another common sign that something is off with you. A feeling of being allergic to something (but not being able to figure out what exactly causes it) is also a sign that there may be someone who has casted an evil eye on you. If you see any of these signs happening to you, then it’s important that try to protect yourself against evil eye attacks as soon as possible. I have already written in length about how I personally protect myself against witchcraft attacks, but here are some simple steps for those who don’t practice witchcraft themselves and only want to prevent others from harming them using magic spells: Perform a cleansing ritual at home so that all negative energy is removed from your body; when doing so, try wearing some blue clothing to protect yourself.

Witchcraft protection spell against the evil eye

A witch’s eye protection spell is meant to protect you from someone who is actively trying to put a hex on you, or put a curse on you. Typically, you have received someone else’s evil eye when they stare at you while saying something like, I hate that color on you. You know I can’t stand it when women wear red! This was intended as an insult but they did not directly say it. Other instances of giving someone else your evil eye include always being able to give others advice but never receiving it yourself and knowing exactly what everyone in your family needs for Christmas or their birthday without having asked them. Right about now, you may be wondering if you have received anyone else’s evil eye. There are different ways to tell. The first way is through dreams; if you have been having nightmares about a specific person or persons, odds are good that there is some sort of dark energy focused on you, even if it isn’t deliberate malevolence. Another way is through personal items; many people keep hair samples belonging to other people because they believe these objects will bring them luck and good fortune...but do these charms really work? Most commonly one receives someone else’s magic because of jealousy.
